this is actually my project months ago.. MONTHS AGO people!!
you see.. my forum founder ask us (nimue and me) to make a character that will be our forum's mascot. it took time for nimue to figure out how the character looked like.. but she finished it endeed.. ^^
then because of there're a lot of 'this' and 'that' happened in my life, I just couldn't manage my time to work on the coloring of the character. so the project's kinda abandoned.
yesterday when I had some times off.. no.. I was off work all day.. 
I worked on the character start from the raw picture. it's finished for about 2 -3 hours later. I told my founder that the prototype of the mascot's done and showed it to him. he said that it's not the prototype anymore.. it IS the mascot... 
so we announce that yesterday's the birthday of our forum mascot :NIEL
